Learning Pool Scoop Gold for Exemplar Customer Service at the 2020 Stevie® Awards

Today, Learning Pool is delighted to announce a Gold win for Customer Service Success in the Sales and Customer Services program at the 2020 Stevie® Awards for “customer centricity to be proud of.”

Commenting on this most recent win, Head of Customer Success, Aine Bradley said:

Our people are the driving force behind the business and a key reason for its sustained growth and success. This Gold Award is a wonderful acknowledgement of the work our team has achieved to contribute to an incredible year for the business.

Since its inception in 2002, the Stevie Awards has existed as the world’s premier awards recognizing the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide. 

In total, there are eight Stevie Awards programs throughout the year, each with its own focus, list of categories, and schedule. Now in its 14th year, the Sales and Customer Services program recognizes the achievements of contact centre, customer service, business development, and sales professionals globally. 

In reviewing Learning Pool’s entry to the Stevie Awards, one judge commented: 

Success in Customer Service involves combining an assortment of strategies which range from, but are not limited to, everyone in the company being customer-centric, offering a personalized service, and using various feedback platforms, among other things. Learning Pool has successfully implemented these tools and this is visible in their results.

Another judge also added:

This is a great illustration of setting a clear strategy, aligning business processes to the strategy and then letting employees perform to their fullest for the benefit of their customers.

Learning Pool’s Senior Learning Consultant, David Nichol, was presented with the Gold Award at a fantastic gala banquet at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada in February 2020.
