Learning Pool’s Bid Team supports our commercial organisation in responding to external requests for information, defining world-class solutions and preparing compelling project proposals. Working as part of the team, you will also help salespeople and learning consultants to qualify opportunities, prepare bid presentations for the customer and maintain an up to date library of bid assets.
You will need to enjoy working to fixed and often short deadlines and have the ability to network effectively across Learning Pool to coordinate resources and expertise from colleagues in other teams. An eye for detail and fantastic communication skills are required whilst a good understanding of learning technologies is an advantage but not essential.
