Due to the continuing growth of our business, Learning Pool is seeking to recruit a number of all-star Customer Success Executives to our team in Derry.

Our Customer Success Team is the jewel in our crown so these roles will be filled with people who have a real passion for customer satisfaction, understand and are excited by technology and want to grow their careers quickly through hard work and taking ever more responsibility.

On a day to day basis, you’ll be responding to queries from our growing customer base, understanding what the customer is trying to achieve and making this happen for them…

What you'll be doing

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Responding to technical support tickets via telephone and email from Learning Pool’s customers
  • Following the agreed processes to resolve and/or escalate customer support tickets in line with our Service Level Agreement
  • Diagnosing and solving problems quickly and calmly
  • Providing a first-class customer experience that is friendly and efficient
  • Developing excellent product knowledge by attending in-house training, completing self-paced learning on the Learning Pool Academy, reading weekly product release information
  • Working as part of a high performing team to demonstrate the Learning Pool Values to both customers and colleagues
Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate fantastic attention to detail
  • Be able to manage their time effectively
  • Have excellent IT skills and be curious to learn more to become a Learning Pool product expert
  • Be calm and organized and able to work in a busy high-paced environment
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant & professional telephone manner
  • Be passionate about providing excellent customer care
  • Have a positive, friendly and can-do attitude

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5 GCSE’s grade A-C including English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Additional IT qualification (desirable)
  • At least 1 Year’s experience in a technical support role
  • High levels of IT literacy
  • Experience of providing technical support to customers would be advantageous
