Working in a lively and busy content production team, you will help develop solutions for multiple online and blended learning projects from start to finish – including catalogue and bespoke work.
Confidently working with clients across a range of content types, subject areas and authoring tools, you will also have line management responsibilities for a small group of Learning Designers supporting their development and ensuring the delivery of the best possible learning solutions for our clients.
The perfect candidate is an experienced Learning Designer (or Instructional Designer) with a creative mindset, capable of developing and selling big ideas and a real passion for learning. The role holder will report to the Head of Learning Experience.
