The Learning Consultant team plays a crucial role in enabling us to deliver a first-class service to our clients. We’re proud of the fact that our customer retention rate is at 98% which is driven by the team’s ability to develop strong client relationships ensuring that our clients are getting the best possible return on investment.
As a Learning Consultant you will help to align business goals and learning strategy, becoming a trusted partner who adds real value to our customers’ business. This will include providing best practice recommendations and assisting customers in solving point-in-time challenges.
You will also be responsible for growing revenue through upsell and expansion activities as well as securing annual renewals.
