Assistive Technology elearning module
This elearning module will introduce you to some key elements of assistive technology and give you an overview of telecare and telehealth. You’ll also see how appropriate assistive technology can provide solutions for a variety of people requiring support in their own homes.
On completion, learners will understand how technology can be used in different areas of the home that can offer benefits and enhance an individual’s safety, dignity and independence. This module will explain the technology and help a learner assess its usefulness and relevance for an individual.
