This Competition Law looks at how to recognize anti-competitive activities, understand the legal responsibilities of firms and individuals and how the Competition Act 1998 applies to all businesses. Competition law exists to prevent anti-competitive activities, like unfair pricing, and protect consumers and fair-operating businesses.
