Fair Treatment of Customers elearning module
This module uses gamification to explore the Consumer Rights Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, as well as the Consumer Rights Directive and how these pieces of legislation work with practical examples of how they protect consumers.The learners will understand how the purchases of physical and digital goods and services are affected by the regulations and how legislation protects consumers from unfair or misleading trading practices.
