What is Leadership? – Adult and Child elearning module
The National Skills Academy for Social Care Leadership Qualities Framework (LQF) sets out what good quality leadership should be for both individuals and organizations. This module looks at what leadership is, the qualities that people need to lead successfully and how to lead teams through times of change.
The learner will understand what the attributes and behaviors of a good leader are and how they can be best used to implement change. They will also recognize the difference between a leader and a manager and appreciate the added dimension of being a leader in Social care.
