How does an organization progress its own learning data strategy? In this session, we will explore Learning Pool’s Learning Analytics Maturity Model. We will review this model and explore steps that an organization can take to increase its data maturity. Attendees will have access to the LAMM survey and will receive a report following the show that highlights the organization’s learning data maturity. Based on our extensive experience in learning data and with global organizations, we will touch on what organizations are looking for in their reporting tools.  And then we’ll go further to show the power of automation and how the use of benchmarking and machine learning techniques can take the assessment of learning to the next level.
