GamCare implements Learning Pool Platform to improve learning practices company-wide

Learning Pool, the international leader in learning technology, has partnered with the independent UK charity, GamCare to provide its Learning Platform for more efficient organizational learning and development. 

Founded in 1997, GamCare is the leading provider of information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling harm. GamCare operates the National Gambling Helpline, provides treatment for anyone who is harmed by gambling, creates awareness about safer gambling and treatment, and encourages an effective approach to safer gambling within the gambling industry.

With a legacy learning management system (LMS) that was dated and resource-constrained already in place at GamCare, the company wanted to modernize its learning and development practices to become more efficient and effective. The charity approached Learning Pool in search of a more robust platform, complete with off-the-shelf content, sophisticated reporting and easy-to-use dashboards. The solution was the Learning Pool Platform.

Committed to improving the current learning practices at GamCare, the company implemented Learning Pool’s Platform to transform its organizational-wide compliance training and additional learning and development activities. The Platform will also launch with a number of collections from Learning Pool’s Content Library, including Fair, Safe and Legal, Business Skills, Personal Skills and Leadership and Management, providing learners with relevant, up-to-date and easy-to-access information.

Maximizing the learning impact at GamCare, Automation will also be utilized to create campaigns with personalized learning pathways and nudges for in the workflow learning, ensuring learners get the most from their individual experiences.
