Statement forward deactivation notification
What it is:
- When a statement forward has been disabled (e.g. due to multiple failed attempts) an email will be sent to all users on that organisation making them aware it has been deactivated.
Why we have done this:
- Statement forwards are an important function within Learning Locker but when they encountered issues and were deactivated, users may not have noticed for some time. The implementation of this email notification ensures that they are alerted at the earliest opportunity to allow them to correct any issues with the statement forward.
How it works:
- An email is automatically generated, to all of the Learning Locker users in the organisation, as soon as a statement forward has been deactivated. The email contains specific information on locating the problem statement forwarding so users can investigate the configuration there and reactivate it.
- New user cannot log in – we have also released a fix for an issue when ‘Use customer password requirements’ was enabled without a valid RegEx. This resulted in a new user being unable to log in or reset their password. This has now been corrected to ensure users can complete these actions.
