New Title Releases
Attraction and Recruitment Collection
We’ve refreshed our HR Processes collection and it has now become Attraction and Recruitment. We’ve been working with some fantastic SMEs that specialise in every aspect of Leadership. They have helped refresh the collection with 10 new titles that fit our intention of helping organisations find the right people and keep them.
The new titles are short, sharp and come with some great insight, resources and challenge learners to ensure they are doing the right thing by their team, candidates and organisation!
We’re releasing 8 now and 2 in the new year. The new Titles are:
- Successful HR Planning
- Creating person specifications and job descriptions
- Writing a Job Advertisement
- Advertising: Where to Advertise
- Shortlisting Candidates
- Crafting the Interview
- Planning the Probation period
- Induction
Major thing to note: The content that is currently in HR Processes will remain in Adapt, available to use until End of January 2023. The titles are no longer shown on Showcase. They will then be retired from Adapt with the new content only remaining as the content offer.

The Difference between Leadership and Management (Rewritten Lesson)
We’ve refreshed our Leadership vs Management module. We’ve rewritten, redesigned and moved the content into Adapt to make it editable.
This is part of our Leadership Knowledge Collection.

County Lines

In this module, we’ll explore the ways children, young people and vulnerable adults are exploited by criminal activity, and give you mechanisms to safeguard and take action when someone is at risk.
