Brendan Landry
Customer Account Team Manager
Brendan heads up the NA Account Management Team, where he helps ensure that the team has the information, support, and tools they need to provide an excellent customer experience. Before getting into learning technology, Brendan spent 15 years in the not-for-profit sector, designing and leading programs that help marginalized communities launch and grow small businesses.
When not at work, Brendan enjoys getting outdoors with his wife and 2 kids (Eliot and Esmae), trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or strumming his mandolin on the back porch.
