Colin Welch
Director of Solution Engineering
Colin serves as Head of Solutions Engineering, leading a team of specialists who combine best-in-class learning design thinking with innovative technical architectures to ensure Learning Pool’s customers get the most impact from our products and services.
With over 20 years in the learning industry, Colin joined Learning Pool in 2020, having previously held a range of roles in production management and as COO and interim MD at a leading agency. As well as being a proud member of the Learning Guild Advisory Board, Colin has a passion for delivering digital learning solutions that have a true business impact, and about enjoying work!
Outside of work, Colin is kept busy as a father to his daughter and twin boys. He is also a keen cyclist and musician currently learning to play jazz guitar.
