David Nichol
Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, David supports customers through the lifetime of their contract and is responsible for ensuring they get the most out of their investment with Learning Pool. At a practical level, David assists with planning and strategy, driving learner engagement, and supporting them with launch and rollout.

In addition, David provides coaching and workshops to upskill their team whilst sharing knowledge and experience from across the Learning Pool community.

As an adrenaline junkie, David enjoys bungee jumping from the highest point he can find and extreme ironing. He’ll give anything a go!
