Eimear Callaghan
Customer Success Team Lead
Eimear manages one of our customer success teams ensuring a quality service is provided to end-users and administrators on a daily basis. As a team lead, Eimear strives to ensure her members provide the highest standard of service to every customer.
Eimear previously worked as a customer support engineer for Intergraph, before joining Learning Pool in 2018, looking for a new challenge and career progression. Within 6 months of joining, Eimear was promoted from a customer success executive to a managerial role.
In her spare time, Eimear plays football for Derry City Women, in the Northern Ireland Women’s Premiership. She also volunteers at the Foyle Child Contact Centre where parents and children who no longer live together can meet and spend time together in a safe neutral environment. When she can, she’ll head home to take her dog Bonnie to the many beautiful beaches in Donegal.
