Kanise is a Client Support Specialist – Tier 1 and has also helped with our North American Recruitment efforts in our HR Department. She transitioned into this department and taking on duties here currently. She started work with Learning Pool Remote Learner in 2019 after working over 10 years in the Auto Insurance – Injury Claims sector. On the Support side, Kanise assists our customers in providing solutions when their sites are not performing in the ways they should. She helps our customers and their users have a strong learning experience by troubleshooting course, UI, plugin, and upgrade issues.
When Kanise isn’t spending time with her daughter, husband, bearded dragon, and our 10 year old Boxer, she is writing supernatural romance novels or recording the audiobook version. She is also on the community board of WARM, a homeless community outreach and shelter program as well as the Waynesboro Public Library.
