Kerry Knight
Customer Advocacy Manager

Kerry is responsible for our Customer Account Management team, ensuring that they continue to deliver a great customer experience. She’s continually looking at ways we can do an even better job so that our customers can deliver a first-class learner experience. Kerry brings her experience of working in a corporate environment in various learning technology roles – she’s seen what it feels like from a customer perspective first hand so brings that insight to her day-to-day job.

She is kept busy outside of work rushing around after her daughter and loves keeping fit at dance classes and pilates.
