Kerry has been in the customer service sector since 2008. Since then, after running his own PC repair business, joined Apple in 2014 where he honed both his customer service skills and computer hardware repair skills as a technician. Moving into a trainer role, he provided face to face training sessions for customers and onsite School teacher training sessions on Apple products and services.
In his “spare” time, Kerry enjoys playing computer games, building PC’s, mining and trading Cryptocurrencies and also, watching Rugby. Although recently this has all stopped due to the new arrival of his son.
