Mark O’Donnell
Customer Success Executive

Mark has been working in our Customer Success team since March 2018 and his role involves answering all queries from our Total customers.

Prior to working at Learning Pool, Mark worked in the Fitness industry as a Gym manager for 5 years and previously studied at Northumbria University in Newcastle.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys listening to music, gaming and watching sports, mainly Rugby and Football. He also plays American Football across Ireland for the Donegal/Derry Vipers. He likes to set challenges for himself and has completed the Great North Run twice.
