Customer Success Executive

As a Customer Success Executive, Rhonda is the first port of call when people require any assistance with their e-learning. Rhonda helps learners with their questions/issues, as well as administrators when they need help setting up courses and site pages. She has over 10 years of call centre experience and moved into the learning technology world in 2018.

Rhonda enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys travelling and wants to see more of the world.
