Ryan’s primary responsibility is to introduce Learning Pool’s solutions to organizations throughout North America that have Learning and Talent challenges. He has been selling within the L&D industry for about 5 years and the greater HCM market for over 10 years. Our customers benefit from his work by implementing solutions to help them improve employee engagement, reduce turnover, and capitalize on the access to rich learning data.
Outside of work, Ryan stays busy with his two kids who are 9 and 6. Recently, Ryan and his wife (originally from Ukraine), have played an active role in humanitarian aid/support for Ukrainian refugees.
