Learning Experience Design for Learning Experience Platforms webinar

Learning Experience Design for Learning Experience Platforms

Learning doesn’t exist within a vacuum and the design of any useful learning experience needs to factor in the whole learner journey – from logging in to applying a new skill.

In this webinar, Head of Learning Experience, Jack Quantrill talks to two of Learning Pool’s most established Senior Learning Designers, Rosie Scott and Stefan Eger, about the exciting ways they have applied this way of thinking to their recent projects.

Jack Quantrill, Learning Pool

Jack Quantrill

Director of Learning Experience

Jack has been developing online learning for over a decade. In that time, he has created and advised on learning for organisations as diverse as Barclays, The Ministry of Defence, Vodafone, DHL, Lidl, the IOC and FIFA. Having also led learning initiatives for The FA and Boots as an internal L&D professional, Jack always focuses on the wider context of learning experiences. Considering organisation culture, motivational factors, delivery platforms and success measures, he works to ensure that what looks good on paper makes a positive difference in reality.

Rosie Scott, Learning Pool

Rosie Scott

Senior Learning Designer

Rosie has worked in Learning Design for e-learning since 2011. Rosie believes in the power of stories to facilitate learning and loves to bring her creativity to even the driest of content. She is excited to see how learning is being incorporated more and more into people’s normal working lives. She has a regular column in Learning Technologies Awards e-magazine.

Stefan Eger, Learning Pool

Stefan Eger

Senior Learning Designer

Stefan talks to clients about what they need and help them refine their ideas. Depending on the project, he draws up what he thinks is the best learning solution for his client and develops the script. Before joining Learning Pool, he used to be a face-to-face trainer for a utility company. In Stefan’s time here, he has worked on projects for EDF Energy, Sainsbury’s, OSTC and of course our very own catalogue of off-the-shelf learning!
