Learning Pool and global reinsurer win Stevie Award in International Business Ceremony

Learning Pool is thrilled to have received such a prestigious accolade, in partnership with our client, a leading global reinsurance company, at the 2020 International Business Awards. 

Our customer is the world’s second-largest reinsurer now operating in 25 countries worldwide. Working in an increasingly data-intensive market, the business established a need to safeguard its people, organization and customers from the risks inherent in a digital economy. To achieve this, Learning Pool, together with our client, designed and developed an online interactive learning experience, known as the Digital Governance Framework (DGF) to provide staff with a simple process for risk identification and mitigation. 

The course delivers the key messages around the DGF and how to apply the knowledge in real-life scenarios and ensures adherence to all relevant architecture, security and compliance topics that relate to digital services. The e-learning is applicable to all 12,000 of the company’s employees globally. 

This month, the e-learning was honored with a Bronze Stevie Award at the 17h Annual International Business Awards (IBAs) 2020 in the Business Technology Solution – Corporate Learning/Workforce Development Solution category. 

The IBAs, known as the ‘International Stevies’ is part of the Stevie® Awards program, the world’s premier business awards, and are open to all organizations worldwide: large and small, public and private, for-profit and non-profit. Created in 2002, the Stevie® Awards honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide. There are eight Stevie® Awards programs, each with its own focus, list of categories and schedule and together, they receive more than 12,000 nominations each year.

 

Judges for the Corporate Learning/Workforce Development Solution category commented:
