These deeply reflective pieces used the lived experiences of colleagues and their friends and families and gives a voice to the stories of how this injustice impacts them. This moving and emotional content enlightened the Learning Pool team, our customers, and their learners on how, working together and consciously calling out the injustices as we see them, can we start to create a fairer equitable society for all people. We created “The uncomfortable Truth” and “The uncomfortable conversation” to do just that, but for us. Now over 6 million people globally have access to these lessons, for free, forever, and as our business grows so do the learners who can access it.
