Learning Pool Live 2024: A day of innovation, insight, and inspiration

Learning Pool Live 2024 has come to a close, and what an incredible event it was! Held at The Brewery in London, the 16th annual gathering brought together over 200 delegates for a day packed with cutting-edge insights, thought-provoking discussions, and meaningful networking.

Highlights of the day

From generative AI to immersive learning experiences, Learning Pool Live 2024 showcased the latest advancements shaping the future of L&D. Attendees enjoyed a range of sessions, including hands-on workshops, expert panels, and keynotes from some of the most influential voices in the industry.

Keynote speakers and themes

David Meade once again hosted the event, guiding us through a series of inspiring talks. This year, we were thrilled to welcome Jamil Qureshi, who spoke on performance psychology and how to empower individuals and teams. Later, Preet Chandi, known for her polar explorations and resilience, shared her insights on pushing boundaries and achieving extraordinary goals.

Silent Seminars and the DemoZone

Throughout the day, our silent seminars explored a range of essential topics, from compliance and upskilling to onboarding and beyond. These practical sessions offered in-depth discussions on cutting-edge strategies such as data-driven risk prediction, developing effective skills frameworks, and tactics for reducing attrition while accelerating time-to-competency. Meanwhile, in the DemoZone, attendees had the opportunity to engage with hands-on demonstrations of our latest tools and features. These interactive sessions provided valuable insights into how Learning Pool’s solutions can be customised to deliver tangible, high-impact results.

Ask the Expert and Customer Success Stories

This year’s “Ask the Expert” session provided one-on-one time with our Customer Success Team, allowing attendees to discuss specific questions about using Learning Pool products. We were also honoured to share inspiring customer stories from Digital Unite, GamCare, DHL Express and ECITB highlighting the innovative ways they are using Learning Pool’s solutions to overcome their L&D challenges.
