Background
GamCare is the leading provider of information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling harms. GamCare operates the National Gambling Helpline and offers a variety of treatment and support services across Great Britain.
Challenge
GamCare came to Learning Pool with a mission to implement a centralized learning platform to track the compliance training of various team’s within the business. Learning Pool Platform is now used to deliver training to GamCare’s treatment practitioners, helpline volunteers and its safer gambling team who work with the industry to put safer gambling products on the market.
