ESG Impact Report
We’re transparent about our progress on material ESG topics. As we continue to grow our business and define what extraordinary looks like, we’re weaving ESG into the fabric of our operations, quantifying the impact of our efforts, and communicating them publicly. Utilizing globally recognized ESG disclosure frameworks, our inaugural ESG report provides a comprehensive and meaningful overview of our ESG performance.
Learning Pool’s Modern Slavery Act Statement
Learning Pool wholeheartedly acknowledges that Modern Slavery in all forms is a serious violation of human rights. As a company, we do the right thing, which means acting ethically in all business dealings and relationships. Our Modern Slavery Act Statement is our commitment to help ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our own business or our supply chains.
Paid volunteer days
Our team gets two paid days a year to volunteer at a charity or non-profit of their choice, and everyone is encouraged to participate in our CSR – Learning Poolooza Day, when we aim to contribute over 3,500 volunteer hours in a single day.
Free modules, forever
Raising awareness for important issues is high on our list of priorities. We’ve made some of our topical modules* available completely free forever, so that individuals and organizations can access important information as and when they need it.

Make-A-Wish Foundation
Make-A-Wish grants wishes for children with critical illnesses in nearly 50 countries on five continents through 39 international affiliates. We support Make-A-Wish through sales of our children’s book, ‘Tall Tales Short Stories’. This book is the result of a global writing competition that invited children between 7-12 years old to write a story about a mythical creature. We then brought their stories to life with the help our amazing design team.
One Tree Planted
Joining the ‘Million Trees Planted’ initiative from, One Tree Planted, reflects our commitment to more sustainable development. We have committed to helping plant 10,000 trees in national forests across the US. We also donate the profits of our Net Zero collection to help further fund ‘Million Trees Planted’.
