Chief Executive Officer

Benoit has over 25 years of experience in growing software companies, with a strong emphasis on client success and fostering a positive company culture. A native of France, Benoit holds a degree in Economics from ESCE International Business School in Paris.

Before joining Learning Pool, Benoit was the CEO of Advantive, where he built a client-centric culture and guided the company through significant growth. He also led Navis, focusing on enhancing the customer experience and aligning the product portfolio to better meet client needs. His earlier roles include Vice President for EMEA and LATAM at Dynamics, Microsoft’s ERP and CRM division, and EMEA President at Infor.
