Invisible or Disruptive: Two Radical Approaches to Learning Design
Our very own Sharon Claffey Kaliouby and Jack Quantrill hit the stage at Learning Solutions 2023 as they shared how to create learning experiences that will cut through the noise and lead to real behavioral change.
Taking inspiration from outside of corporate learning and drawing upon gaming, psychology, and behavioral economics, they looked at two radically different answers to this question: creating ‘invisible’ experiences and creating ‘disruptive’ experiences.
During the session, they shared real examples of ‘invisible’ and ‘disruptive’ learning experiences we’ve created at Learning Pool and offered helpful tips for how you can transform the solutions you commission and create.
In this session, you will learn:
-
- What truly invisible and disruptive learning experiences are and why they are effective
- What tools and technologies you can use to create these types of experiences
- How to combine these experiences to deliver real behavioral change
- What other organizations have achieved with this approach
