AI Conversations impresses at the Brandon Hall Excellence in Technology Awards 2023

Launching AI Conversations, a generative AI offering that allows employees to practice challenging workplace conversations, in October 2023, we’re proud to have placed in two categories at the Brandon Hall Excellence in Technology Awards.

AI Conversations leverages OpenAI’s GPT4 to provide users with convincing, conversational responses, but also detailed, personalized feedback to help them improve their communication and management skills. It’s a breakthrough way for companies in any industry to ensure productive workplace conversations.

Entering AI Conversations into the Brandon Hall Excellence in Technology Awards for the first time, we received the Silver award in two categories: ‘Best Advance in Emerging Learning Technology’ and ‘Best Advance in AI and Machine Learning’.

This double award success recognizes the hard work and dedication shown by both the Learning Pool and Mind Tools teams to set a new standard for what is possible in intelligent elearning by developing a groundbreaking way to practice difficult conversations.

We partnered with Mind Tools, a celebrated provider of business skills, personal development, and leadership and management content, to produce the first off-the-shelf AI Conversations collection. This collection focuses on managing the performance of a direct report.

Adding to our success, we were pleased to scoop the Gold award for ‘Best Advance in Social Impact Innovation’ in partnership with EcoVadis, the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings.

We partnered with EcoVadis in 2021 to develop the EcoVadis Academy to radically improve the sustainability performance of over 1,300 organizations. With over 30 hours of content created, available in nine languages, the learning has reached over 18,000 learners in more than a hundred countries.
