The IHG Skills Academy was built with accessibility in mind and aims to provide employability, work-readiness and hospitality skills to those in IHG communities who need some support the most. There is no prerequisite or cost for joining the IHG Skills Academy; participants do not need to be an IHG employee, nor do they have to have an interest in working specifically at IHG.
