Learning Pool helps Scooter’s Coffee deliver best-in-class training to franchises with custom content development

Learning Pool is thrilled to have partnered with US-based Scooter’s Coffee to help deliver best-in-class training to all franchise owners and their staff.


Scooter’s Coffee is a trader of world-class coffee, established in 1998 by co-founders, Don and Linda Eckles in Nebraska, US. It is a privately held company quickly approaching 300 locations across 17 states in the US. Customers turn to Scooter’s Coffee for convenient drive-thru locations, high-quality drinks, speed of service and relational customer experience. 

The company helps its franchise owners succeed by providing the benefit of over 20 years experience and a commitment to core values, as well as offering a variety of hands-on, video and classroom-based educational training. Scooter’s Coffee came to Learning Pool seeking its custom content development capabilities to aid in the creation of elearning content to deliver best in class training resources to their franchisees. 

Learning Pool has been commissioned to create fresh, innovative and forward-thinking bespoke elearning content that will reflect the Scooter’s Coffee brand and values. Content development will cover a number of topics including franchise ownership tools and processes, real estate securement, technology systems, franchise culture immersion training, franchise ownership training, new store development, and reporting and business analysis. 

Having recently placed on the Training Industry 2020 list of ‘Top 20 Companies for Custom Content Development’, Learning Pool was chosen for its ability to leverage and implement corporate best practices, to provide thought leadership and support business strategy, as well as its subject matter expertise.
