Girlguiding – Video Case Study

Background

Girlguiding is the UK’s largest youth organization dedicated completely to girls. For more than a hundred years, they have been empowering girls and young women to be their best through an inspirational network for volunteers and girl-led educational programs.

Challenge

Girlguiding came to Learning Pool with the need to streamline the process of training new volunteers so that they had more time to spend on facilitating activities with the young girls in their unit.
