Excited for Learning Technologies 2019? Us too!

It’s our sixth year exhibiting at Learning Technologies and our award-winning team is back with a bigger and better stand, ready to show you the products we’ve been developing over the past 12 months.

Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can look forward to from Learning Pool at this year’s event. Last year we introduced Otto, the smart assistant that lives in your company’s workflow. This year Otto has grown and evolved into something even more spectacular.

Our brand new Learning Experience Platform, Stream, recommends and delivers the best learning outcomes for modern learners. It uses the world’s smartest AI to enhance the learning experience and drive improved individual development and performance.

Stream brings immersive learning to your workforce and delivers time saving and efficiencies to your business through just-in-time learning delivered at the point of need.

Drop by stand M10 to get a sneak peek of this new tech. The exhibition is full of free 30 minute seminars across the two days. Join our session on AI,  as we take a peek behind the magician’s curtain and get into the nitty-gritty of how you can use this technology to deliver relevant and intelligent learning solutions.

AI and learning: The truth behind the trend

Artificial intelligence. We all talk about it being the next big L&D innovation, but how can we best use it to have a measurable impact on behaviour and performance in the workplace? We’ll start our talk by looking at what AI is and what it can do. You’ll also:

  • find out how AI can be used to increase learner retention
  • learn how AI creates and uses data to increase impact
  • discover how Netflix and Spotify have inspired AI in learning
  • we might not be getting android teachers yet, but learn how AI creates a more human L&D experience.

Real world modern learning: Digitising legacy content

Today’s learners are inundated with hours of ineffective learning and outdated content. Put an end to device and browser incompatibility and stop boring your learners with unpersonalised, repetitive e-learning.

In this session, we will explore the benefits of modernising your learning organisation to enable a digital and transformative culture. All with minimum effort for maximum impact.

Let us take you through examples of exciting projects we’ve delivered with some of the world’s finest organisations. We will showcase various solutions from leading businesses, including learning to uncover the skills and capabilities needed for staff, so training is always personalised and relevant.

  • Learn real-world examples of goal-orientated and intuitive learning, from leading global businesses
  • Discover how to enable accessible, personalised and digital content from legacy learning
  • Learn how to enable microlearning and how to engage your learners with a personalised experience
  • Reach learners – wherever they are. Your conversion will work on mobile, fuss free
  • Full control over editing, so your learning is future-proofed
