Introducing the Inclusion Maturity Model from Learning Pool

To help organizations understand where they are in their inclusion journey, we’ve created a simple diagnostic tool; the Inclusion Maturity Model.
Building a solid and sustainable culture of inclusion and belonging is imperative for today’s employers. And although organizations are investing more than ever in creating more diverse and inclusive workplaces, many are at the start of that journey and finding their way.
Developed in partnership with The Centre for Inclusive Leadership, the Inclusion Maturity Model will first assess your reasoning for advancing diversity and inclusion across your business. It will then look at where you currently sit in your inclusion journey and offer advice on the next steps toward a highly principled and performing organisation.
Taking less than 10 minutes to complete, the Inclusion Maturity Model was designed for internal L&D and HR team members. Upon taking the diagnostic, you’ll receive a score from 1-7 (Passive, Pressurised, Placating, Pragmatic, Paranoid, Principled and Passionate). You will also gain instant access to information about your score, helpful resources and recommendations about how you can move on to the next step.
