Learning Pool (formerly HT2 Labs) Acquires Riptide Elements Digital Training Software Platform

[Oxford, UK:] Learning Pool (formerly HT2 Labs) has acquired Riptide Software Inc’s Learning Record Store (LRS) product through a combined partnership between the two companies, with expectations set that the deal will add more than $1m to the combined businesses revenue over the next two years.
This acquisition and partnership between two leaders in the industry of eLearning will add Riptide’s U.S. based presence to Learning Pool’s (formerly HT2 Labs) global footprint, forming the most comprehensive LRS platform and services business available today powered by the Experience API, a new specification for learning technology.
With combined Fortune 100 customers across the globe, Learning Pool (formerly HT2 Labs) will now be able to further extend its reach to customers in the United States more directly through the acquisition of Riptide’s products and customer base.
