Learning Pool Platform supports the learning of 4,500 people at Capita Government Services

Learning Pool, a leading global provider of elearning solutions, has partnered with Capita Government Services, providing its award-winning Learning Platform to facilitate the rollout of digital learning to an audience of 4,500 learners. 

Capita is a consulting, transformation, and digital services business, delivering innovative solutions to transform and simplify the links between businesses and customers, governments and citizens.

Following the cessation of face-to-face training because of the COVID-19 global pandemic, Capita identified a need for a digital learning platform to host all learning content needed by examination markers for upcoming Key Stage 2 tests. 

Facilitating Capita’s move to online learning, Learning Pool Platform means the organization can provide seamless access to learning resources and create learning pathways for its learners. Using the intuitive campaign tool, Capita will be able to maximize the learning impact, speed up the induction process of new starters and significantly reduce the cost of instructor-led training through the use of a virtual classroom. 

Capita will initially take advantage of Learning Pool’s content authoring tool to create engaging e-learning content. This will be uploaded directly to the platform, making sure learners have access to all the learning materials they need.

Looking to the future, Capita will also use the Learning Platform across other areas of the business including mandatory security training and annual contact center training for National Curriculum Assessments.
