Learning Pool and Soapy Joe’s to create bespoke elearning for ‘Steps of Service’

The Derry-based leading elearning solutions provider, Learning Pool has been commissioned by US-based Soapy Joe’s to create a series of bespoke elearning modules focusing on the company’s ‘Steps of Service’.

Soapy Joe’s car wash is a family-owned and operated business with 13 car washes in San Diego County, California. Soapy Joe’s is dedicated to providing quality service, customer satisfaction and eco-friendly technology – all at a great value. With multiple locations that offer convenient hours, fast express service and premium upgrades, Soapy Joe’s has developed member-focused ‘Steps of Service’ to reinforce their emphasis on exceptional customer service across all locations. 

Soapy Joe’s operates a monthly membership club that gives customers access to all its locations. A key goal for the business was for employees to increase these memberships on-site. As a rapidly growing company with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, brand awareness and up-selling, Soapy Joe’s commissioned Learning Pool to create a series of engaging and fun, yet informative bespoke elearning modules. The content is to focus on the company’s ‘Steps of Service’, as well as provide knowledge about the membership offerings to increase sales. 

Helping employees live the Soapy Joe’s values, Learning Pool created seven short bespoke elearning modules to inform them of the ‘Steps of Service’. With a playful, scenario-led approach, learners are taken through example customer conservations to help guide their approach in dealing with challenging situations. The modules also include short animations to engage and retain the interest of the learner, bringing the content to life.
