What does this mean for Learning Pool?
A SOC 2 report is a rigorous evaluation of how an organization manages and secures its data. For Learning Pool, this certification validates our ability to protect our clients’ information and maintain robust internal controls.
What is a SOC 2 report?
A SOC 2 report focuses on how an organization controls and protects data, rather than specific technical configurations. It is based on the Trust Services Criteria (TSC), which includes five categories of risk management: Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy. While the Security criterion is mandatory, organizations can choose to include additional criteria based on their needs.
By completing this examination, Learning Pool has demonstrated that we have the necessary policies and procedures in place to effectively manage these risks and protect our systems and services.
