Learning Pool, the global provider of elearning solutions, is delighted to have partnered with the US-based Prudential Financial to design a digital learning game aimed at helping employees gain a deeper understanding of the operations of the business.

Prudential Financial, Inc. is an American Fortune Global 500 and Fortune 500 company whose subsidiaries provide insurance, investment management and other financial products and services to both retail and institutional customers throughout the United States and in over 40 other countries.

Rolled out to 18,000 learners across different levels of the organization, including those new to the business, in specialist roles and with a long tenure, the Prudential Business Acumen digital learning game aims to help learners develop a more thorough understanding of Prudential’s market and product offering, operation and structure and strategy and financials.

Designed by Learning Pool’s team of innovative learning and graphic designers, the digital learning game will take learners on a journey through Prudential’s offices, inside its boardroom and through to its customer’s homes to tell the Prudential story from three distinct perspectives.

Branded in line with Prudential Financial’s own brand guidelines, the interactive digital learning game embodies out-of-the-box thinking, employs great visuals and promotes active engagement amongst end users with the use of exploration and gamification techniques. Quickfire mini-game challenges and quiz activities have also been included to test the learner’s knowledge at key states of the learning.

Jack Quantrill, Head of Learning Experience at Learning Pool commented: “This digital learning game for Prudential is an ambitious project that will provide thousands of people at the company with a fun and rewarding insight into how the business works.”

Spring Lacy, Head of Learning at Prudential, also said: “We’re excited to help employees understand how the work they do every day connects to Prudential’s broader purpose and how we serve our customers through this innovate and creative approach that makes learning how our company operates fun.”
