Jon is a seasoned product leader with a diverse background spanning L&D and Compliance SaaS, recruitment, and 3D printing. As Director of Product Management at Learning Pool, he drives product vision, strategy, and innovation across an extensive L&D software portfolio. Passionate about the real-world impact of software, Jon co-founded and scaled two successful businesses before transitioning to enterprise SaaS. Outside work, he’s renovating a house in Oxfordshire and enjoying family life with his wife and daughter. He holds a BA in Geography from University of Portsmouth, UK.

Marc Rouhana is a strategic product leader and entrepreneur. For the last 15 years he’s been helping companies run SAP better by building products to bridge the gap between people, systems and processes. Having spent years supporting production systems he developed a deep level of empathy to what people have to go through once development is “done” and a system has gone live.
