Lindsey brings over 25 years of experience in designing and managing learning technology projects. She began her career as a learning designer and remains passionate about creating impactful learning experiences. For several years, she has led Learning Pool Labs, an evidence-based research and innovation hub focused on developing cutting-edge learning solutions that unlock the potential of people and organizations. Today, Lindsey heads Learning Pool’s Content Software division, overseeing both the off-the-shelf library collections and the software used to create them.
