Gold success for Learning Pool at 2022 Stevie® Awards for Great Employers

Commended for its efforts at reducing its carbon footprint and increasing awareness about diversity and inclusion, Learning Pool has achieved a Gold win for the first time at the Stevie® Awards for Great Employers.
The Stevie® Awards for Great Employers are an international business awards competition recognizing the world’s best companies to work for, and the HR teams, professionals, achievements, new products, and suppliers that help to create and drive great places to work.
Now in its seventh year, this year’s award program received more than 950 nominations from organizations of all sizes across 26 nations in various HR-related categories. Praised for its environmental best practices, efforts to DE&I awareness and wide range of free lessons available to the public on topics such as mental health and climate change, Learning Pool has achieved Gold success for the first time in the ‘Best CSR Strategy’.
The ‘Best CSR Strategy’ category recognizes organizations that have embedded corporate social responsibility throughout their business, in particular through its people. Learning Pool’s most recent CSR efforts include its commitment to planting 10,000 trees in partnership with One Tree Planted, the launch of its DE&I collection and a growing collection of free elearning lessons that have accumulated over 5,600 hours of learning in the past year.
More than 100 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Awards for Great Employers winners. One judge commented, “Learning Pool’s efforts in raising awareness about the most important issues affecting workforces and individuals today with its free learning offering is apt for the Best CSR Strategy.”
Winners of the Stevie® Awards for Great Employers 2022 will be honored at a special awards banquet at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday 17th September 2022.
