Gold success for Learning Pool at 2022 Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service
Globally recognized Learning Pool is thrilled to have achieved success at the 2022 Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service, scooping Gold for ‘Front-line Customer Service Team of the Year – Business Service Industries’.
For more than a decade, we’ve retained a customer recommendation rate of 98%. In recent years, we have expanded our Customer Success and Support teams to deliver 24-hour assistance to our global customers. We’re delighted these efforts to maintain an exceptional level of customer service have been recognized with a Gold win for ‘Front-line Customer Service Team of the Year’ at the Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service 2022.
The Sales and Customer Service program at the Stevie® Awards are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie® Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs. These include the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.
This year’s Sales and Customer Service award program received more than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes across a variety of industries and 51 nations. The 2022 winners of the Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide who made up eight specialized judging committees. Gold, Silver and Bronze winners are to be celebrated during a virtual ceremony on Wednesday 11th May 2022.

For three consecutive years, we have been certified as Gold for customer service by the Stevie® Awards. Last year, we achieved a double Gold win for ‘Customer Service Success – Business Service Industries’ and ‘Customer Service Department of the Year – All Other Industries’.
This year, judges of the Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service commended our ability to maintain world-class customer service whilst delivering an impressive growth strategy. Most recently, we acquired New York-based True Office Learning which brought our employee count to more than 400.
