Learning Pool helps Babylon develop a greater learning culture across its business

The global provider of e-learning solutions, Learning Pool is delighted to have been chosen by digital-first health service provider, Babylon to help them grow a greater learning culture within its organization. 

Founded in 2013, Babylon digital-first health service provider and value-based care company that combines an artificial intelligence-powered platform with virtual clinical operations for patients via its mobile application. The company covers over 20 million people and provides over 5,000 consultations per day.

Due to the complex nature of remaining compliant as a business, Babylon implemented several different approaches to learning over the years, across different areas of the business. However, with none of them fulfilling all of the company’s requirements, Babylon came to Learning Pool with the goal of simplifying its approach. Further to that, Babylon sought a platform that could empower and enable stakeholders to own, manage, measure and evaluate the learning required to remain compliant, as well as to offer an improved user experience and cultivate a learning culture that would allow colleagues to curate their own learning.

To achieve this, Babylon implemented Learning Pool’s Learning Management System which will exist as its sole learning platform across all areas of the organization. The company will also use the new LMS feature, LMS Pulse; a plug-and-play solution that triggers automated and personalized workflows for learners.
