Learning Pool is delighted to have entered into a deal with Hodge Bank which sees them implement the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) to offer online learning to every colleague.

Hodge engaged with Learning Pool with a stretching brief to develop a platform that empowers its 350-strong team with self-directed learning. With ambitious growth plans over the next few years, creating a culture of learning and development has become essential in equipping the business with the skills needed to thrive.
Including modules from Learning Pool’s Financial Services catalogue, Hodge’s LMS comes equipped with a comprehensive library of over 70 courses covering a variety of mandatory topics such as regulatory compliance, colleague wellbeing, innovation and change and leadership management to ensure every colleague, wherever they are based, benefits from a full suite of learning.
Using Learning Pool’s Adapt Builder content authoring tool, Hodge is also able to create bespoke learning to support its strategic business needs, as well as support succession plans with career and competency learning paths. With full reporting across the platform that monitors a range of metrics, Hodge has full visibility of colleague engagement and performance.
