Tom has over 15 years of experience in leading M&A and strategic investment activity across the software and SaaS sectors. He has held senior roles at companies including Dell, PTC, and Qlik, where he led high-impact acquisitions. Prior to joining the team, Tom founded his own advisory firm, supporting tech companies in building and scaling their corporate development functions from the ground up.
