In 2006, Paul McElvaney and a small team started Learning Pool at his kitchen table in Derry, Northern Ireland. His vision was to bring online learning into organizations in a collaborative way. “I started out by knocking on the doors of local government offices in the UK, and thankfully some of them believed in what we offered and trusted us to deliver” McElvaney said.
